My biggest venture, YET!! Ford just announced their limited edition Dallas Cowboys F-150 with the images and video my crew and I shot. They contacted me 2 weeks ago for an estimate on photographing the truck on the Cowboys’ new training center in Frisco, Texas. We worked for about a week coming to an agreement on price. Then we got the details of what we were going to be doing. I guessed that it was going to be either the New 2017 F-150 or a Special Edition. Well that’s what I find out the Monday before we shoot and I was ecstatic. Then Wednesday (8-24-16) my crew and I met at the field at 8:30am and we see the truck coming out the parking garage. It was very surreal. IT’S HAPPENING!!
We had estimated 3 hours with the vehicle on the field to shoot Stills and Video of it. The 3 hours went quick and we had a lot of traffic in the area so we had to work around all the construction that was still going on. The Center wasn’t even completed and we’re there working on this announcement. All the traffic stops about 11;45 and the whole area was just ours. So we quickly shot all we could in the last hour with our clean set. I can’t thank Jeff and Jeremiah enough for helping me do this. I know they feel the same way because you can see on their faces when they look at the work.
So there it is, 4 hours behind the lenses and about 7 hours behind the keyboard. I’d really like to Thank Neeley at VIS Alliance for helping us with everything(forgive me for the hiccups). And Scott Ryan at Ford for creating a cool vehicle for us to work on.
