So I submitted the last estimate for a job that an ad agency is looking to get done in North Texas. The largest estimate that I’ve sent out, EVER! I’m happy to see my SEO studies are helping possible clients find me and my work. And I guess since I changed my mindset that I’m a business that has helped as well. You really need to understand how people look for talent in the creative market to draw them in. The work has to speak for itself and if people don’t see what they like, they’re going to bounce.
Still waiting to hear back on the estimates but I’m already planning the next one and new connections are being made. I can’t imagine being in the position at a company keeping up with all the contacts and agreements and estimates for several jobs at once. I guess when that’s what you do you’re able to focus on it a bit better.
So I’ll just hang on and see what they say about the estimate and get ready for the negotiations. Back to studying SEO and Social Media trends.
